Day 0 – (Friday)
09:30 pm - Meet Team Travers at CST and catch 12133/Mangalore Superfast Express for overnight journey
Day 1 – (Saturday)
09:00 am - Reach Kumta, breakfast in the train
10:00 am - Catch a ST bus to Kumta Beach
10:30 am - Start the hike from Kumta Beach
01:00 pm - Packed lunch on the way
06:00 pm - Ferry ride and reach Belekan Beach, freshen up, set up camp for the night
09:00 pm - Bonfire, fun & games
Sleep under the stars in your sleeping bag or you also have the option to use the tents. Please carry sheets to be used in the tent at night if you don’t have a sleeping bag.
Day 2 – (Sunday)
06:00 am - Wake up call
08:00 am - Breakfast
08:30 am - Start the trek to Gokarna through Paradise Beach, Half-Moon Beach, Om Beach
01:00 pm - Lunch at one of the beach shacks
04:30 pm - Reach Gokarna Beach and proceed towards Gokarna Road Station
06:38 pm - Catch 12620/Matsyagandha Express from Gokarna Road Station
Day 3 – (Monday)
05:53 am - Reach Thane Station
06:35 am - Reach LTT Station

• Non-AC Sleeper train tickets Mumbai-Kumta and Gokarna-Mumbai
• Food - 2 breakfast, 2 lunch, 1 dinner
• Triple / Quadruple Sharing Tented accommodation at beach camp

Exclusions:
• Food ordered in train journey
• Sleeping bag/ mat, bedsheets
• Any personal expenses or extra meals ordered

• The leader’s decision would be final and binding on all the members. No arguments would be entertained

*Cancellation Policy*
1 Any cancellation communication prior to 15 clear Days of Event starting date 20% of Total charges
2 Any cancellation communication prior to 7 clear Days of Event starting date 50% of Total charges
3 Any cancellation communication prior to 3 clear Days ( 72 Hours ) of Event starting date 75% of Total charges.
4 Any cancellation communication in last 72 hours before the Event starting time no refund amount will be awarded.
5 Any Carry forward of program ( 80% ) fees shall be available to be utilised in span of 3 Months from date of original program missed with Travers India with Minimum 30 Clear Days before program date by giving *prior communication of the same.
20% Cancellation of processing fee will be at no point refundable.
(Carry Forward of 80% amount is possible only with 30 days Prior Email)
* Prior Communication on Official email of Travers India is mandatatory requirement with all possible details of the program and payment mode.
Any communication to any volunteers or Owner via any other mode will not be considered as intimation of Cancellation .
