List your workshop on Pixean

Hit the Workshops on top of the page. Click on CREATE NEW WORKSHOP and fill necessary details such as-

  • Category – Define what kind of workshop you would like to add. For e.g., Photowalk, Workshop, Tour, etc. Select anyone from the drop down menu.
  • What are you planning – Now give a title to your workshop.
  • Highlight/Summary – Brief your workshop in limited words. Don’t add venue, dates, registration fee here as respective sections are nearby available.
  • Description – Time to add the itinerary to your workshop. Share a detailed description on workshop insights, take aways, agenda, etc.
  • Tags – You can define tags to your workshop. For e.g., portrait photography, nature, post processing.
  • Choose between one-time or recurring workshop by selecting one option.
    • If you select One time workshop, you need to furnish Start Time and End Time details. Add suitable date and time to your workshop. Be ensure to put the right date and timing. If you change start/end date or time after announcing the workshop, will require guests to submit RSVP on the invitations again.
    • If you choose Repeat workshop, you can define how will it repeat, e.g., daily, weekly or monthly. Now define start and end date & time details. You can also define when do you want to end repetition of the workshops by giving a particular date or count of repeated workshops.
  • Location/Venue – To choose a venue, start typing the name in the box. Mostly you will get the venue in the searched list. In case, you are not able to get it or if you want to add more address details to the venue, Click on Add address/city/zip/country. Now fill the necessary details.
    • Once you select the place, click on Refresh Map. It’ll navigate the pin on map on right place. In case, the pin fails to spot right place, you can click and drag the pin on map.
  • Workshop Privacy – Select the workshop privacy by selecting one of different options. You can leave this option as it is if you want to keep it for everyone. By default, it will be set to Everyone.

When you furnish all above details, click SUBMIT.

 

Workshop Gallery

After you click submit, it will take you to next page with option to upload gallery to your workshop. You can browse one by one image and click UPLOAD PHOTO. When the image is successfully uploaded, it will be displayed on the same page. Now you can browse another image and follow the same process.

If you upload more than one image here, you can click on any one to select as default cover image to your workshop. All images will appear in Gallery section.

 

Cost & Tickets

Manage cost, coupon details from this section.

Charges

Here, you can choose if you would like to conduct Free or Paid Workshop. Select one of two options. If you select Paid, you need to share the price of a ticket to the workshop in INR.

No. of Tickets

Select number of tickets for your workshop here.

Add Coupons

You can add one coupon details here to offer discounts to your attendees. Set a code for coupon, add description, set the discount price, and validity period. You can also add Limit to define how many times, a same coupon can be used by different attendees.

After you fill all necessary details, click UPDATE.

Host Details

Are you inviting an expert or mentor to your workshop, you can add their details here. In other case, you can leave all sections blank. Your profile details will appear in Host Section of the workshop if you leave this section blank.

FAQ and Policy

Add multiple questions and answers here to set the FAQ section of the workshop. You can leave blank in case of no such details.

Add Workshop Policy

Set the workshop policy here by sharing details. Set rules for refunds, cancellations, etc. here.
