Reset and change password

In case you do not remember your Pixean password then you can click the tab Login on the upper right hand and scroll down to Forgot Password. You will be redirected to the page where you will be asked to enter your Email id which you used for the Pixean account. Then you will be given a Captcha Challenge which you have to complete for verification.

If you are unable to understand the captcha which is given, you can request for another captcha by clicking the reversible blue icon blue on the right side of the captcha box.

After filling the captcha correctly, you have to request for a new password. A link will be sent to your email id and you have to click on that link. Following this, you will be sent a password from Team Pixean to your mail. You can check your email id for the new temporary password.

To change this temporary password, you can visit the Account Settings. You will come across an option saying Change Password if you scroll down the page. Click on that and you will be given the option to fill the Old Password of account. Following that you can fill a New Password and by confirming it, click on Update. This would change your password immediately.
