Event Transfer/Refund/Cancellation Policy

EVENT CANCELLATION BY ORGANIZER/SPONSOR

▸  Pixean, OKSBIRD Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the event due to low enrollment or any other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

▸  If Pixean, OKSBIRD Pvt. Ltd. cancels an event, each registered participant will receive a full refund.

▸  Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registered participant(s) will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

EVENT CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT

▸  After making purchase of event ticket(s), if a customer requests for the transfer of the ticket(s) to another event, Pixean will allow only one transfer to an alternate event within a year of the original ticket(s) purchase date. If the alternate event ticket(s) is at higher price, the customer has to first purchase the new ticket(s) and provide with previous ticket(s) number via email at events@pixean.com. Once the confirmation is done, Pixean will provide the full refund of the original ticket(s). If the new ticket(s) is at lower price, Pixean will refund the difference of the ticket(s) price. Pixean must receive a transfer request in written at least five working days prior to each of the original and alternate event dates. Transfer or refund request may take up to five business days for processing. Upon completion of transfer, the original ticket(s) will be cancelled and ticket(s) for the alternate event will be sent to customer by email. TICKET(S) ONCE TRANSFERRED, WILL NOT BE RE-TRANSFERRED. TRANSFERRED TICKET(S) WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR CANCELLATION.

▸  Ticket(s) that have not been transferred to or from another event, can be cancelled or refunded (subject to the applicable cancellation fee). Event ticket(s) are eligible to receive a full refund minus cancellation fee if requested at least five business days prior to the scheduled event date. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY REFUND OR CANCELLATION POST THE DATE OF THE EVENT. To request for cancellation, please send email to events@pixean.com.

▸  Photography walks have non-refundable fee as mentor fee for non-premium members. If a participant miss them to attend, don’t worry. Pixean allows transfer of the ticket(s) to the next scheduled session. Participant(s) must contact the organizer at least an hour prior to the event starting time to confirm the absence. In case, the organizer is out of reach, please send email to events@pixean.com. NO TRANSFER REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED POST THE EVENT.

 

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT(s)

▸  Membership cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less INR 500 service fee. 

▸  Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. 

▸  Cancellations will be accepted via phone, e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

▸  All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to the Pixean. 

 

REFUND/CANCELLATION/TRANSFER PROCESS

▸  To make any request, please send email to events@pixean.com.

▸  All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

▸  Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. 

▸  Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

 

These above policies apply to all Pixean, OKSBIRD Pvt. Ltd. memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
