Sony’s New RX Compact Camera Will Deliver Pro Level Stills And Video Performance

Sony has announced a new addition to its RX series, RX100 VII which is a compact camera best suitable for travel and street photography. This tiny camera is made to deliver some professional video performance in a pocket-sized body, which you can easily carry around.


The camera is packed with features that were previously given in Sony’s flagship Alpha 9 camera. It has a 1-inch Exmor RS CMOS image sensor and Sony’s latest generation of BIONZ X image processor which together combine to deliver high levels of autofocus performance and brings speed in a shooting. 




The RX100 VII has ZEISS Vario-Sonnar T* 24-200mm zoom lens with a wide aperture range of f2.8-4.5 that will offer you to capture wide-angle and telephoto shots all in one. It also has phase-detection autofocus at 60 times per second and boasts a frame rate of 20 frames per second, which makes it ideal for action and wildlife photography. 


The compact which comes with an external Integrated Microphone input weighs just 302g with dimensions of 102mm x 58mm x 43mm.
