Nikon announced a dedicated 3D lookup table- LUT for its N-log videography cameras, the Nikon Z7 and Z6. This profile should make it easier to grade the footage captured by using the Z6 and Z7 cameras.

The dedicated LUT for the N-log profile can be paired with the Rec.709 color space. Where it has two vivid cube files varying upon the Z6 or Z7 cameras. The LUT has been verified and is been confirmed working with Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Blackmagic Design Davinci Resolve 15 and Final Cut Pro X.

However, with this good news, Nikon also unveiled its new update. They have announced that its much expected Raw video feature for the Z6 and Z7 cameras are not going to be free. The updates henceforth will be paid instead of being free.

The 3D LUTs are available on the official website of Nikon for free of cost.
