What Is the best setting for Milkyway Photography?

Preferably higher ISO depends on how much clear the milkyway is. If it is pitch dark in the sky without any ambient light, preferably you can go with ISO 1250 or 1600 as well. Shutter speed 25-30 sec is really good to go with. And finally the aperture, it can be kept arounf f/8.
